What is the Mylabcorp patient portal?

Mylabcorp patient portal allows patients to see lab results, messages from providers and other health care professionals, send secure messages to their providers, and more. Patients can also find out about various treatments or medications they are prescribed. 

What are the requirements for Mylabcorp login?

In order to log in to the Mylabcorp site, you must have an account. Creating an account is free and easy! You will need your email address, a security question, and a password. When you have created an account, you can log in your account by Signing In in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Does insurance cover Mylabcorp?

No. Insurance companies are not required to cover the following services: dental, eye care, hearing aids, or medical supplies. We do offer a discount program with some providers. Please call our customer service line for more information at 1-800-MYLAB (6952), and we will be pleased to answer the questions you may have.

5: What is my account password?

Upon the first login, your default password will be your birthdate in the format mm/dd/yy, following the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You would use 0913898095 as a password if your birthdate is 13th September 1989 and your social security number is 8095.

How can I reset my Mylabcorp account password?

Log in to mylabcorp.com by clicking “Forgot your password?”. Enter your User Name. After entering your User Name, the site will ask you a security question. If you correctly answer the question, your password will be reset to your six-digit birth date (mm/dd/yy) and your last four Social Security numbers. In order to continue, you will need to change your password. If you do not answer the security question correctly, you will be prevented from accessing the site. You can change your password by contacting IT Service Desk. You can contact our Service Desk at 877-735-3776 or 336-436-4357 (6HELP, Burlington Extension 64357).

How many attempts are there to enter the correct password of the Mylabcorp account? 

Each time you enter an incorrect password, a new attempt is added to the list of failures. The number of failures is cumulative and does not reset after each unsuccessful attempt. For example, if you enter your password incorrectly three times in, you will see three appear in the right-hand column next to your security question answer. Try another password, change your answer to the security question, and try again.
